Poopie–please look up civil rights.

Its the exact opposite of something that should be in the voters hands. A right is just that–a right. Not something to be voted on.

There are things the populace should decide (stupid or not). There are other things, like rights, that come with your being a sentient being.

Even if you don’t agree with the judges, you can hardly call them truly stupid. It’s really a silly silly argument. I’m sure their collective IQ and understanding of law is well above the average for the general population. But whatever makes you feel better, darling.

I thought judges should decide everything so the stupid populous would not. I remember a recent discussion you said judges should decide not the people because the people do things like vote for segregation and slavery, and prohibition. You forgot and Barack. Maybe you’re right about collective stupidity. Are 9 stupid Judges better than a million stupid citizens? Hmm…

That’s why I pointed out that she mentioned we vote for the president…the whole point of her post was that civil rights shouldn’t be in the voter’s hands, unlike the selection of the president.

Why can’t you get that through your thick, greasy skull?
