As you may have heard, Former Gov. Rod “What the fuck is wrong with you” Blagojevich has announced his intentions to write a book that shows the “the dark side of politics that he witnessed in both the state and national level.”
Witnessed? Greasy. This is a gentleman who has been the subject of over a dozen separate federal investigations, essentially banking on the fact that he can FURTHER dupe the American public into subsidizing his absolute disdain for humanity. Maybe he (and the publisher offering him six figures) are right. Maybe we’re collectively that dumb. But it highlights how arrogant this man really is.
I invite you all to do a little research into his background keeping in mind our current financial crisis, the causes and the mindsets that propagated it, and your SOUL for chrissake—and NOT buy this book.
It’ll be hard, I know. What, with all the “I’m so fucking smart I totally tricked the public into voting for me and giving me all this awesome money. . . And then again by getting them to buy this book about how I tricked them into letting me misuse their fucking tax dollars. I think I’ll buy a child with this money. A darling child I can raise in my own image, one that says ‘Hi, Rod, you’re beautiful. Your hair is really great today’…but who would never actually touch me. I have to pee, does anyone have a constitution handy?”
Yeah, tempting. But I think you can do it.
I want to poke him in his narrow, beady eyes. What happened to being ashamed of your dirt? Contrite for your misuse of public trust and privilege? Can we bring that back?

at first i thought he was putting up an amazingly straight-faced front, maintaining his innocence for the short term media storm to save a shred of his reputation with the 1% dumb enough to believe him. but the longer i watch the more i think he’s actually part of that 1%. watch him. he enjoys it! he’s been spewing bullshit for so long he believes it. that makes him interesting to me. a clearly crooked politician who feels his own righteousness deep in his heart. it’s like when michael jackson sent crazy dancing on cars at court appearances, i decided to like him again once he started entertaining me.
Interesting,sure– but do you really want to feed the animal? He certainly has no respect for you, the laws of the land, or men with less awesome hair than he has. . . I see your point but I find his arrogance appalling, especially in the arena he performs in. We have enough crooked politicians with the decency to try and hide it. Blago is boo. Boo!
yeah, it’s appalling. and no, i won’t be buying his book. but now that he’s out of power i don’t mind him as a public figure. john edwards cheated on his dying wife while benefiting from her condition. i think that’s douchy. i wish he was still around so i could tell him that. but he vanished into thin air. blago isn’t that smart. lets kick him.

I usually skip stuff about politics because it makes my head hurt, but I totally read every word-and even though I wasn’t gonna buy that dirt bag’s book anyway now I know why!It’s not just that I was scared there would be pictures…..it’s cuz he’s a BAD MAN!
It’s what Chicago is about. That is just the kind of politician Illinois produces. I think Blago is fun to watch. He is like the little Democrat that thought he could.
